Kim Garcia

Kim Garcia is a seasoned professional in public sector operations, currently serving as the Principal Business Operations Analyst at the Bureau of Environmental Services for the City of Portland since September 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Strategic Initiatives Coordinator for Multnomah County, and various positions including Senior Management Analyst, Facilities Analyst, and Management Assistant within the City of Portland from 2012 to 2018. Kim's earlier career includes experience as a Community-Based Energy Coordinator at Sustainable Northwest and an internship in the office of U.S. Senator Jeff Merkley.
