Joshua Ranes

Joshua Ranes is a highly experienced civil engineer with a career spanning over 16 years in project management, design, and construction management. Currently serving as City Engineer and Capital Projects Construction Manager for the City of Poulsbo since August 2018, Joshua oversees transportation and utility projects. Prior to this role, Joshua held positions at Exeltech Consulting, Inc. from August 2009 to August 2018, including Civil Engineering Program Manager, where responsibilities included managing the Civil Engineering Program, quality control, and leading various transportation projects, as well as serving as Project Engineer focused on roadway design. Earlier experience includes a role as Civil Designer at ESM Consulting Engineers, contributing to land development design. Joshua Ranes holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Washington State University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Engineering from Olympic College.
