Gretchen Smith Bonasera

Gretchen Smith Bonasera possesses extensive experience in community engagement and entrepreneurship in Powell, Ohio. Currently serving on the Village Green/Downtown Powell Visioning and Redevelopment Partner Selection Advisory Committee, Gretchen is dedicated to enhancing the community. Active in the Powell Area Chamber of Commerce, Gretchen is also the Developer and Owner of 80 East Bourbon & Cocktail Club, an exclusive social venue in downtown Powell, and operates The FoodSmith Catering as Executive Chef and Owner. As a shareholder in Freshwater Farms of Ohio, Inc. since 2001, Gretchen has played a significant role in local commerce, previously holding memberships in both the Dublin and Champaign Chambers of Commerce. Educated at The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition, Gretchen combines culinary expertise with community-focused initiatives.
