Jon Vandenbrink

Jon Vandenbrink is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Engineering Services Manager for Major Projects at the City of Prince Rupert since May 2023. Prior to this role, Jon worked as a Project Manager at Colliers Project Leaders from September 2022 to April 2023, and held positions as Project Engineer and Electrical Engineer at Husky Energy from May 2013 to August 2022. Jon also founded and served as President of VDB Ventures, an internet marketing firm specializing in SEO, web design, and PPC traffic from June 2012 to December 2018. Earlier experience includes a role as Junior Engineer at Integra Engineering from October 2010 to June 2013 and an Operational Planning Co-op Student at ATCO Electric in 2009. Jon holds a Bachelor's degree and Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Alberta, earned between 2006 and 2010.
