Josh Estrella

Josh Estrella is an experienced communications professional, currently serving as the Director of Communications and Press Secretary for the City of Providence. Prior roles include Health Policy Analyst at the Rhode Island Parent Information Network (RIPIN) and Public Relations Coordinator at Neighborhood Health Plan of Rhode Island. Additionally, Josh Estrella started a career in communications as a Communications Intern with the United Way of Rhode Island, and served as Editor-in-Chief, Managing Editor, and Lifestyles Editor at The Anchor Newspaper. Josh Estrella holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and English/Creative Writing from Rhode Island College, earned between 2011 and 2016.
