Courtney Soltero

Courtney (Scott) Soltero is an experienced communication professional currently serving as the Director of Internal Communications at Jackson Lewis P.C. since February 2023. Prior to this role, Courtney held the position of Internal Communications Manager at McDermott Will & Emery, where strategic development and execution of internal communications were implemented for a firm generating $1.8 billion in revenue. Additional experience includes working as a Communications Specialist for Help for Haiti and coaching field hockey at Gordon College.
