Samuel Jenkins is an experienced Geographic Information System (GIS) professional with a strong background in local government and educational environments. Currently serving as the GIS Administrator for the City of Pullman since January 2021, Samuel oversees local government GIS operations. Prior to this role, Samuel worked at Washington State University as a GIS Analyst/Coordinator, focusing on campus mapping and utility management. Earlier experience includes coordinating GIS for Moorhead Public Service, where enterprise GIS for municipal utilities was developed, and creating educational materials at Science Approach. Samuel holds a Master's degree in Environmental and Conservation Science from North Dakota State University and a Bachelor's degree in Genetics and Biochemistry from the University of Adelaide.
