Paul Doherty

Paul Doherty is a Program Manager in the Department of Natural Resources at the City of Quincy, a position held since July 2016. With a diverse background, Paul co-founded Proforma Flag & Banner LLC, serving as Sales Manager from March 2004 to December 2020, where responsibilities included sales and custom product design. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Operations at The Institute for Comprehensive Implant Therapy from June 2014 to June 2016, specializing in clinician education and therapy integration. Paul also contributed as a Marketing Consultant for JB Livery and held various roles at Standard Register and RR Donnelley Moore, focusing on technical implementation and business process consulting. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Relations from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
