Jonathan Parham

Jonathan Parham, CPM, BA, MAS, currently serves as the Business Administrator for the City of Rahway since January 2023 and is an Adjunct Professor at Union County College since February 2021. With extensive law enforcement experience, Parham held key leadership positions including Police Director for the Rahway NJ Police Department from July 2021 to March 2023, and Director of County-Wide Police Policy, Planning and Training at the Union County Prosecutor's Office from December 2019 to July 2021. Additional roles include CEO of 360AOR Public Safety Risk Management and Undersheriff at the Union County Sheriff's Office. Parham’s earlier career encompassed notable roles at the Linden Police Department, culminating in the position of Chief of Police. Educational qualifications include a Master of Administrative Science in Public Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University, along with a Certified Public Manager designation from Rutgers University.
