Dylan Karahalios

Dylan Karahalios is a Business Systems Manager at the City of Raleigh Municipal Government, where responsibilities include overseeing technology for the Budget & Management Services Department and managing various financial and data management tools. Previous roles include Business Systems Analyst at the same organization and Department Technology Coordinator for the City of Santa Rosa. In addition to providing software support and conducting financial analyses, Dylan has filled multiple positions in the recreation sector, emphasizing customer service and operational management. Notably, Dylan served as the Past President of the California Parks and Recreation Society and co-founded Sonoma State Cellars. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, both from Sonoma State University.
