Haley Arata

Haley Arata, MPA, currently serves as the Deputy City Clerk for the City of Rancho Cordova since February 2023. Previous experience includes positions as an Elections Analyst for the California Secretary of State, focusing on the National Voter Registration Act and Voter Information Guide, and as Regional Mobilization Manager for Jon Ossoff's U.S. Senate campaign. Haley also contributed to the Democratic Party of Wisconsin as a Digital Organizing Associate, where management of a large volunteer text team was pivotal. Additionally, work at 360 Campaign Consulting involved overseeing voter registration initiatives. Other roles spanned the Arab American Institute and KARAMAH: Muslim Women Lawyers for Human Rights. Academic credentials include a Master of Public Administration from USC Sol Price School of Public Policy and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from William & Mary.
