Margarita Dronov Pe

Margarita Dronov, PE, serves as an Associate Civil Engineer in the Department of Public Works at the City of Rancho Cordova since January 2020, previously holding the title of Assistant Civil Engineer. Prior experience includes a National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellowship at Stanford University, where Margarita studied under Professors Oliver Fringer, and various engineering internships with Black & Veatch, Kennedy/Jenks Consultants, and others. Margarita held leadership roles in the Society of Women Engineers, including serving as the Region Collegiate Communications Editor for Region A and as president of the California State University, Sacramento section. Educational achievements include a Master of Science in Civil & Environmental Engineering from Stanford University and a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from California State University, Sacramento. Additionally, Margarita completed a Certificate of Merit in Piano Performance from Young Talents Music School.
