City of Rancho Cucamonga
Ofer Lichtman is an experienced emergency services professional with a diverse background in fire, medical, and tactical operations. Since March 2006, Ofer has served as a K9 Handler and Fire Department representative for the Community Outreach and Support Team (COAST) at the City of Rancho Cucamonga, while also holding the role of Fire Engineer/Paramedic and Terrorism Liaison Officer Coordinator. Ofer is a member of the NFPA 3000 Committee, contributing expertise to the integrated response for active shooter situations, and owns High Threat Innovations LLC. Additionally, Ofer is involved with the Committee for Tactical Emergency Casualty Care as a committee member and has served as a USAR Instructor for the California State Fire Marshal. Previous experience includes participation in the FBI's Joint Terrorism Task Force and working as a Flight Paramedic with Air Methods. Ofer's educational background includes specialized training in Terrorism and Homeland Security from the Naval Postgraduate School and the California Specialized Training Institute, as well as paramedic training from the UCLA Paramedic Education Program.
