Planning Commissioner at City of Rancho Palos Verdes

Eric Nulman, AIA, currently serves as a Member of the Board of Directors for AIA Long Beach/South Bay since October 2023 and as a Planning Commissioner for the City of Rancho Palos Verdes since November 2021. As a Planning Commissioner, Eric Nulman is involved in decision-making regarding land use planning applications, including subdivision maps and variances. Since April 2021, Nulman has been the Principal at END, LLC. and has been a faculty member in the School of Architecture at the University of Southern California since January 2011. Previous experience includes roles as Project Manager at ANX / Aaron Neubert Architects, Architect with Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, and teaching positions at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo. Nulman holds a Master's Degree in Architecture from Harvard University and a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
