Kristen Bandurski

Kristen Bandurski is a seasoned professional in sustainability and material development, currently serving as the Sustainability Program Manager and Global Material Developer at Red Wing Shoe Co. since November 2015. Kristen also holds the position of Sustainability Commission Chair and member for the City of Red Wing. Prior experience includes roles at TOMS as Material Coordinator, freelance positions with ella moss, adidas Accessories, and JR286, as well as product development work at Pacific Sunwear. Kristen's academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Apparel Product Development from Mount Mary University and a certificate in Couture Techniques from the Paris American Academy.
