Goutam Dobey

Goutam Dobey is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in public engineering roles, currently serving as City Engineer and Engineering Manager at the City of Redlands since October 2011, following a progressive career including positions as Senior Civil Engineer and Associate Civil Engineer. Prior to this, Goutam worked as an Associate Engineer at Albert A. WEBB Associates from January 2005 to October 2011. Goutam holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona (2001-2004) and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Bangladesh Adventist Seminary & College (1990-1993).
