Jason Bavuso

Jason Bavuso, MIT, PHR, currently serves as the Human Resources Director for the City of Redmond, Oregon, overseeing key HR functions including employee relations, payroll administration, recruitment, and training. Prior to this role, Jason held multiple positions at Deschutes County, including Interim Human Resources Director and HR Manager, where responsibilities encompassed employee relations and benefits administration. Jason also directed human resources at Antioch University, supporting a diverse staff and faculty, and managed HR functions at Cascade Gasket & Manufacturing. Jason holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Eastern Washington University and a Master in Teaching in Secondary Education from Western Washington University.
