Rachel Heath

Rachel Heath, PHR, is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various roles at Ionis Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since March 2012, including Assistant Director and Senior HRIS/Benefits Manager, and leadership of the LGBTQIA+ Employee Resource Group. Prior to Ionis, Rachel served as HR Manager/Administrator at ELS Architecture and Urban Design and worked as a lecturer at the California College of the Arts. Additionally, Rachel gained experience as a Planning Assistant with the Massachusetts State College Building Authority. Academic qualifications include an MFA in Photography from California College of the Arts, a Postbaccalaureate in Photography from the School of the Museum of Fine Arts, and a BA in Studio Art from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
