Victoria Chang is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community services and program coordination. Currently serving as the Community Services Program Coordinator for the City of Redondo Beach since March 2022, Victoria has previously held significant roles such as Community Program Specialist and Social Services Case Manager for the County of Orange from February 2010 to September 2018. Additional experience includes working as an Instructional Aide at Long Beach City College and an Account Manager at LendingTree. Victoria Chang holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Finance and Management Information Systems from California State University, Fullerton.
