Charla Honey Pe

Charla Honey, PE, has over two decades of experience in engineering, primarily with the City of Reno, where Charla held several positions including City Engineer and Engineering Manager before retirement. Charla also contributed to the Nevada Youth Empowerment Project as a Board Member and served as Treasurer from October 2008 to September 2015. Charla earned a Bachelor of Science in Geological Engineering from the University of Nevada, Reno, attending from 1986 to 1993.
