Arthur Cervantes

Arthur Cervantes, PMP, is an accomplished Engineering Manager and Project Manager with extensive experience in civil and environmental engineering. Currently serving at the City of Rialto since January 2022, Arthur previously held positions as a Civil Engineer at the City of Palm Springs and the City of Santa Fe Springs. Prior experience includes roles as an Environmental Engineer at ARCADIS, Geotechnical Field Specialist at Giles Engineering, Project Assistant at American Career College, and Document Control Specialist at Universal Space Network. Arthur holds a Bachelor of Science in Earth Systems Science from UC Irvine and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering with a focus on Environmental Engineering from California State University, Fullerton.
