Bill Alsup has extensive work experience in the public sector. Bill began their career in 2007 as an Assistant Director of Health at the City of Richardson. In 2009, they advanced to become the Director of Health, overseeing the city's health programs and initiatives. Bill also briefly served as the Acting Director of Health during that time. In 2010, they transitioned to the role of Health Director for the City of Richardson Texas. In this position, they were responsible for managing the city's public health policies and programs. In 2022, they took on the additional role of Interim Assistant City Manager, demonstrating their leadership capabilities within the organization. Bill Alsup continues to contribute to the City of Richardson, utilizing their expertise in health management and administration.
Bill Alsup attended Texas A&M University from 1990 to 1994, earning a Bachelor of Science degree. Bill then went on to attend the University of North Texas from 1996 to 1999, where they obtained a Master's degree in Public Administration.
