Elvia Cavazos has extensive experience in various administrative and specialized roles, currently serving as an IT Business Specialist for the City of Richardson, Texas since March 2017, where responsibilities include handling operational inquiries and managing payroll processes. Previous roles include Administrative Secretary in the City Manager’s Office, Secretary at Richardson Independent School District, and multiple positions in mortgage servicing and escrow at Bank of America and title insurance companies. Elvia is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration at Western Governors University, expected to graduate in April 2025.
