Jessica Collins has demonstrated a strong background in operations and retail management, with extensive experience at Tower Fasteners since February 2018 in various roles, including Operations Administrator, Inventory Control Coordinator, and Accounts Payable Clerk. Prior to this, Jessica served as Retail Associate Manager at T-Mobile and held the position of Retail Sales Consultant at AT&T | The Smart Mobility. Jessica began their career at Build-A-Bear Workshop as Assistant Workshop Manager. Educationally, Jessica holds an Associate's degree in Deaf Studies from Suffolk County Community College, completed in June 2007.
