Jamie Haefner

Jamie Haefner, SPHR, serves as the Human Resources Manager for the City of Richfield since July 2022, overseeing the Human Resources Division and fostering a productive work environment. Previously, Jamie held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Headway Emotional Health Services from July 2021 to July 2022, where responsibilities included directing HR functions and ensuring legal compliance. Jamie's extensive experience also includes a role as Human Resources Director/Assistant Administrator at Nicollet County from 2010 to 2021, managing comprehensive HR programs and supporting county operations. Early career roles include Human Resources and Systems Specialist at HickoryTech and Human Resources Specialist at Ceridian. Jamie holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota and an Associates degree in Human Resources from Saint Paul College. Jamie also pursued studies in Dance at the California Institute of the Arts.
