David Sumrall

David Sumrall is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in intelligence and strategic advisory roles, currently serving as a Senior Advisor to the Director of the Influence and Perception Management Office at EverWatch since August 2021. In previous positions, Sumrall provided high-level strategic guidance and expertise on defense intelligence and weapons of mass destruction threats to senior officials within the OUSD(I&S) and the Joint Staff. With a military background as a Military Intelligence Officer in the US Navy, Sumrall contributed to significant intelligence initiatives, including maritime ISR capabilities and all-source intelligence delivery in the National Military Command Center. Sumrall holds a Master of Arts in Defense and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the United States Naval Academy.
