Lupe Rios, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Lupe has held various roles in finance and administration in different organizations. Their most recent position was as the Director of Finance at the City of Richland Hills, starting in 2023. Early in their career, Lupe worked at Reliant Energy from 2007 to 2008 in the A/R Group, managing asset recovery and preparing reports on receivables. Lupe also gained experience at Citi from 1999 to 2006 as a Credit Agent, where they reduced outstanding receivables and analyzed credit lines.

Lupe Rios, MBA, completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance, General from Houston Christian University from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business degree in Management with a focus on Human Resource Management from the University of Houston, where they studied from 2009 to 2011.
