Abigail Cruse

Abigail Cruse is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist for the City of Richland since April 2023. Prior to this role, Abigail held positions as a Human Resources Generalist at Solgen Power from November 2022 to April 2023 and as a Personnel and Recruitment Specialist at Washington State University Tri-Cities from July 2021 to November 2022. Abigail's earlier experience includes serving as a Financial Aid Officer at Charter College and as a Bank Teller at Banner Bank. Beginning a Master of Human Resources and Employment Law at the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University in May 2023, Abigail also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Arizona State University.
