Bill Wooldridge

Bill Wooldridge has extensive experience in juvenile services and community programs, currently serving as the Juvenile Community Programs Manager for the City of Richmond, Virginia since October 2019. Previously, Bill held the position of Human Services Coordinator from June 2014 to October 2019, managing various assistance programs in accordance with government policies. Bill's earlier roles include Attendance Officer Supervisor, Program Coordinator at Hanover County Court Services, Detention Counselor Supervisor at James River Juvenile Detention Center, and Youth Supervisor at Chesterfield Juvenile Detention Home. Bill holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology from Virginia State University, completed in 1988.
