Kenneth Hill

Kenneth Hill, SFP, FMP, currently serves as Operations Manager for the City of Richmond's Department of Public Works, leading a team of 55 professionals in the maintenance and housekeeping of 74 municipal facilities since February 2015. Prior experience includes directing facility operations at Virginia State University as Technical Operations Superintendent with GCA Services Group, overseeing a 236-acre campus and managing its capital renewal budget from August 2012 to January 2015. Additionally, Kenneth worked as Lead Test and Balance Building Commissioning Engineer at ColonialWebb, where operational efficiency was improved significantly. Roles at Appomattox Bio Energy involved leading a team in ethanol production and facility management, while experience at Qimonda focused on maintaining cleanroom integrity and managing HVAC systems. Kenneth began career as a Power Plant Operator at James River Cogeneration.
