Prior roles encompass Program Manager for Business and Operational Analysis, with a focus on financial management and business planning, and Risk Management Coordinator, specializing in enterprise risk and compliance audits. Previous employment includes positions with Halcrow as a Transportation Economist, Government of Canada as a Business Analyst, and HR Reporting Analyst for Best Buy Canada. Douglas L. holds a BA in Economics and a CRM in Risk Management from Simon Fraser University.
