Keith Miller

Keith Miller is an experienced professional in recreation and sport services, currently serving as Director of Recreation and Sport Services for the City of Richmond since January 2023. Previously, Miller held the position of Customer Service and Community Recreation Manager for the District of West Vancouver from February 2017 to January 2023. Miller's career also includes roles as Acting Manager of Business Support and Community Recreation Manager for the Township of Langley from June 2007 to February 2017. Additionally, Miller gained valuable experience as Venue Manager for Softball and Bocce during the Special Olympics Canada 2014 Summer Games and served as Sport Mission Staff for Team BC at the 2011 Western Canada Summer Games. Education includes a Master of Human Kinetics in Sport and Leisure Management and a Bachelor of Science in Earth and Ocean Sciences, both from the University of British Columbia.
