Todd Nickleski, P.E. serves as the City Engineer for the City of River Falls since January 2022, following a position as Assistant City Engineer from July 2021 to November 2021. Prior to this, Todd gained extensive experience as an Environmental Engineer at Andersen from May 2012 to July 2021 and at SpecPro, Inc. from August 2006 to August 2008. Todd also worked as a Project Engineer at MSA Professional Services from January 2002 to July 2012. Todd's expertise encompasses environmental compliance, environmental remediation, and construction project management. Educationally, Todd holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and has pursued studies at the University of Minnesota Duluth.

City of River Falls

The City of River Falls is a thriving and growing community located about 30 miles east of the Minneapolis/St. Paul area in Northwestern Wisconsin. The City also operates electric, water, storm water, and waste water utilities, a large park and trails system, and multiple recreation programs. The City is managed by a city administrator who is appointed by the Mayor and 7-member Common Council.
