Holly Gray-Moore

Holly Gray-Moore is an accomplished business development leader with extensive experience in municipal governance and community service. Currently serving as the Director of Business Development at Westwood Professional Services since June 2009, Holly has also held the position of Past President at the Texas Municipal League since October 2017, and serves as Mayor Pro Tem for the City of Roanoke, TX, since May 2002. Additional experience includes roles as Associate Principal and Business Development Market Lead at Pacheco Koch Consulting Engineers, Inc. from September 2009 to February 2024, and prior engagement with the North Central Texas Council of Governments and the Arts Council Northeast, where Holly served as Chairman of the Board until January 2012.
