We’re the home of Jane, the world’s most complete and best preserved juvenile T.rex, at the Burpee Museum of Natural History; Anderson Japanese Gardens; the Frank Lloyd Wright-designed Laurent House;  some of the best & most affordable golf in the Midwest; and Rockford City Market, which features local growers, vendors, live music & demonstrations. The Public Safety Team at the City of Rockford Illinois is dedicated to ensuring the safety and well-being of its residents. Comprising skilled professionals such as firefighters, 911 telecommunicators, police officers, paramedics, and administrative support, this team is responsible for emergency response, fire suppression, medical intervention, and law enforcement. They implement 21st Century policing best practices and leverage technology for efficient communication and effective public safety measures.
