Aly Zimmermann is the City Manager for the City of Rocklin, a position held since November 2020. Prior to this role, Aly served in various capacities at the City of Vista from January 2003 to November 2020, including Assistant City Manager, Assistant to the City Manager, and Senior Management Analyst. Aly's earlier experience includes working as a Policy Analyst for the League of California Cities and the Governor's Office of Planning and Research between 1996 and 2003. Aly holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from San Diego State University, obtained in 2009, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of California, Davis, earned in 1997.
