Jenny R. Snapp

Jenny R. Snapp has significant experience in the field of community planning and development services. Jenny R. began their career in 2002 as the Director at the LUC Regional Planning Commission, where they served until July 2014. Following this, they joined the Franklin County Economic Development & Planning as the Assistant Director, a role they held until January 2023. Most recently, Jenny has been appointed as the Deputy Director of Community Planning & Development Services at the City of Rockville, starting in January 2023.

Jenny R. Snapp has a certificate in Women in Leadership from Cornell University. Jenny R. also holds a Master's degree in Geography & Regional Planning from The University of Toledo.
