Kelley Toles Parker currently serves as the Assistant To The City Manager and previously held the title of Executive Assistant To City Manager at the City of Rome Georgia since August 2020. Prior to this role, Kelley was the General Manager and Personal Trainer at the Rome Athletic Club from May 2007 to August 2020. Kelley holds a Master of Education (MEd) from Berry College, obtained between 1998 and 2000, and pursued studies at the Georgia Institute of Technology from 1988 to 1990.
