Rebecca Carter

Rebecca Carter has extensive experience in customer service, management, and groundskeeping. Currently, as a Groundskeeper for the City of Rome, Georgia, responsible for the landscaping and maintenance of a thirty-square-mile area, ensuring the city remains green and clean. Rebecca also owns and operates Child of Noah, providing affordable pet care services, including housekeeping and dog running since April 2012.
