Megan Scheid

Megan Scheid, APR, serves as the Deputy City Manager and previously held positions as Public Affairs and Communication Director and Communications Manager for the City of Roseville since March 2007. Prior experience includes roles as Communication & Media Director for Sacramento County and Principal at MacPherson Public Relations. Additional experience encompasses positions such as PR/Account Manager at EW Bullock Associates and Account Supervisor at Hill & Knowlton. Beginning a career as a Lieutenant and Public Affairs Officer in the US Navy, Megan has a robust educational background, with a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Northwestern University and a Masters of Science in Communications Management from Syracuse University.
