Sarah Kaufman

Sarah Kaufman is currently serving as an Energy Services Account Representative for the City of Roseville since February 2023. Sarah's previous experience includes working as a Dietitian II at the University of California, Davis from September 2019 to February 2023, and as a Clinical Dietitian for Sutter Health between November 2018 and August 2019. Prior to these roles, Sarah completed a Dietetic Internship at UC Davis Medical Center, where extensive clinical nutrition practice was gained. Sarah also held a position as a Diet Technician at Center For Discovery from April 2017 to April 2018. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Nutritional Science from San Jose State University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
