Michelle Ly

Michelle Ly was elected to serve as Councilmember to Place 1 in November 2020.

Michelle, along with her husband, founded four local businesses in Round Rock: Hall Roofing and Construction, The Rock Sports Bar, Alcove Cantina and The Flats Round Rock. She has a Bachelors of Business Administration from Southwest Texas State University (now Texas State University) and is a Round Rock High School graduate.

She is an active investor in the Round Rock Chamber of Commerce. She has served on the Chamber’s Board of Directors, is 2016 graduate of Leadership Round Rock and a 2019 graduate of Ascend Emerging Leaders.

Michelle served as a commissioner on the City of Round Rock’s Planning and Zoning Commission and served on the Capital Improvements Advisory Committee. She is currently serving on the CHASCO YMCA Board of Directors. She is an active member of Chaparrals Women’s Club, Professional Women of Williamson County and National Women in Roofing.

Michelle and her husband, Erik Hall, have a daughter, Reagan.
