Haley Arata, MPA, currently serves as an Analyst in the Office of the City Clerk for the City of Sacramento since January 2025. Prior to this role, Arata worked as Deputy City Clerk for the City of Rancho Cordova from February 2023 to January 2025, and held positions at the California Secretary of State as Elections Analyst coordinating initiatives under the National Voter Registration Act and the Voter Information Guide from March 2021 to February 2023. In the political sphere, Arata was Regional Mobilization Manager for Jon Ossoff’s U.S. Senate campaign and served as Digital Organizing Associate for the Democratic Party of Wisconsin, where management of a large volunteer text team was a key achievement.
