Travis J. Hare, P.E. serves as the City Engineer for the City of Saginaw since February 2020, following a role as Assistant City Engineer. Previous experience includes positions as an Assistant Engineer at Saginaw County Road Commission and Transportation Design Engineer at Spicer Group, where Travis also worked as an Engineering Intern. Additionally, Travis worked as a USA Hockey Official from October 2006 to November 2021. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a Minor in Mathematics from Western Michigan University and a Master of Public Administration from Saginaw Valley State University.
