D’Shawn Doughty

D’Shawn Doughty serves as the City Council President and City Council Member for District 2 in Salisbury, Maryland, beginning in October 2023. In addition, D' Shawn holds the position of Development Manager at Green Street Housing since February 2023. Prior experience includes roles at Bank of America from February 2018 to February 2023, where D' Shawn worked as a Credit Solutions Advisor I, Relationship Manager & Lending Specialist, and Relationship Banker. D’Shawn also contributed as a Community Liaison Officer for the Wicomico County Board of Education from August 2015 to September 2018. Education includes a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Salisbury University, completed in 2017.
