Nicholas Olivier, APR, serves as the Public Information Specialist for the Police Department of the City of Round Rock since November 2017, managing media relations and internal communications and earning multiple awards for excellence in media outreach. Prior to this role, Nicholas held the position of Special Projects Manager at Austin B-Cycle, overseeing marketing and public relations for a major bike share system. Experience also includes serving as a Communications Manager at Fort Worth Bike Sharing and a Venue Press Manager for the Toronto 2015 Pan/Parapan American Games. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Journalism from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Science in Advertising/Public Relations from Texas Christian University.
