Paul Gurley

Paul Gurley is an experienced financial professional with a robust background in fiscal analysis and budget management. Currently serving as a Fiscal Analyst for the City of San Antonio since July 2018, Paul conducts financial analysis and forecasting while analyzing trends and preparing budgets. As a Budget Analyst with P3I, Inc. since April 2016, Paul oversees the formulation and execution of the organization's budget. Previous roles include Desktop Tools Developer at Teksouth Corporation, Project Accountant at Kforce Inc., and a long tenure as a Financial Analyst at Avnet, Inc., where extensive experience in integrating data and managing financial operations was gained. Paul began a career in the U.S. Air Force as an Aircraft Welder and holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources from Webster Vienna Private University along with a Bachelor's degree in Workforce Training & Development from Southern Illinois University.
