Renee Frieda

Renee Frieda, SPHR, has extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as the Human Resources Director for the City of San Antonio since November 2006, where responsibilities include overseeing employee relations for over 6,500 civilian employees and supervising a team of 47 HR professionals. Previously, Renee held the position of Director of Human Resources at Crane Plumbing from 1994 to 2007, managing HR functions for two manufacturing facilities and handling areas such as wage and salary administration, recruitment, and employee benefits. Renee obtained a degree in Human Resources Management from St. Mary's University.
