Robert Spells

Robert Spells, FMP, serves as a Building Maintenance Supervisor for the City of San Antonio, a position held since September 2018, with previous roles including Building Maintenance Officer and Maintenance Crew Leader. Prior to this, Robert accumulated significant experience at Bridgepoint Education from August 2009 to July 2018 as Facilities Supervisor and Facilities Lead. Earlier career experience includes serving as Facilities Coordinator at Unitrin Direct and as a Service Technician at Rescue Rooter, where responsibilities included diagnosing and resolving plumbing issues. Robert is a graduate of the International Facility Management Association, earning the Facilities Management Professional designation between 2007 and 2008.
