Andy Flores Mpa

Andy Flores, MPA, currently serves as a Management Analyst in the Community Development department for the City of San Clemente since September 2021. Prior to this role, Andy held positions as Senior Permit Technician and Permit Technician within the Community Development - Building Division at the same city. Andy's experience also includes working as a Permit Technician for the Planning & Building Department at the City of Anaheim from October 2013 to November 2019, and serving as a Retirement Program Specialist at the California Dentists Guild from September 2010 to September 2013. Academic credentials include a Master of Public Administration with a focus on Public Financial Management from California State University-San Bernardino, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration from the University of La Verne.
